An insurance broker is a specialist in insurance and risk, who can act on behalf of their clients and provide technical insurance advice, along with arranging insurance cover with chosen insurers.
Can I pay my premiums by monthly installment?
Yes, you can! We can offer this option through our premium funding providers and to set up an agreement is easy. Just let us know and our team can guide you through this process.
What do I do if something happens and I have to make a claim?
We encourage all our clients to simply give us a call as soon as possible and we will guide you through the process and liaise with the insurers on your behalf.
What is an excess?
An excess is the contribution you are required to pay towards a claim.
What is a deductible?
A deductible is the same as an excess.
Does it cost me anything to have my insurances reviewed?
It does not cost you anything other than a little bit of your time for our team to review your insurances and provide you with our best quotes for your consideration.
Do you charge fees like a lawyer or an accountant?
Yes, we can charge fees for our service. On domestic insurance risks it can be up to a $35 (excluding GST) fee and on commercial insurance risks it can be a one off $100 (excluding GST) fee or 5% of the overall premium.
Can you help me insure my income, health or life?
No, we do not provide advice on these types of insurance as we are a fire and general insurance brokerage, however we do work with a selection of professional risk advisers who we trust will look after your needs in this area.
